The Home at AuSable Valley Community is a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled care residence with licensed staff on duty 24 hours per day. The Home residents find a comfortable, very clean, wonderfully maintained residence that offers skilled nursing and inpatient rehabilitation services, as well as memory care.

Lutheran Home Monroe is the original Lutheran Home, which began in 1893. The modern building has 122 skilled nursing beds, all in private rooms, dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid. One wing of the home is set up as a memory care unit.
