Senior taking a walk in the woods in the woods with his two grandchildren.AuSable Valley Community is a 90-acre campus nestled in Oscoda County's small town of Fairview (north of Mio) in beautiful, rural Northern Michigan.

The community includes independent living in modern condominiums, affordable apartments, assisted living, skilled care, and rehab services.

The campus is the primary ministry of Community Caring, Inc., a non-profit, faith-based organization that includes two other ministry efforts.

Lutheran Homes of Michigan is the sponsoring agency for Community Caring.

 

The Village at AuSable Valley Community is nestled in the woods on the south end of the campus. The Village consists of maintenance-free duplexes that are designed with active seniors in mind.
