Built in 2008, The Village at Hampton Meadows in Bay City has 50 one-bedroom subsidized apartments. They were built in a partnership involving the Lutheran Homes of Michigan, Presbyterian Villages of Michigan and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The apartments are for seniors 62 or older who meet specified income limits.

The Village of Gibraltar Manor has 53 modern one- and two-bedroom apartments with resident storage areas, centrally located laundry rooms, fitness room, community/craft room, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and maintenance services. Barrier-free apartments are also available. Designed for seniors 55 and older, The Village of Gibraltar Manor is a joint ministry of Presbyterian Villages of Michigan and Lutheran Homes of Michigan.

Creekside Village in Monroe consists of 11 single-story buildings, housing 77 private apartments, including 32 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom units. It also has a single-story, comfortable and spacious clubhouse. It was built in 2005 in partnership with the Michigan Housing Development Authority. It provides affordable housing for low and moderate income Michigan residents. It is near Lutheran Home Monroe.

The Village of Our Saviour's Manor is a two-story, 50-unit apartment building in Westland is for people at least 62 years old within certain income limits. Facilities include lounge areas, kitchen-equipped community room, library, computer room, laundry facilities, and a hair salon. Saviour's Manor is a shared ministry co-sponsored by the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, Lutheran Homes of Michigan and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. Rents are subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
