Two LHM employees help a senior during a rehabilitation session.Rehabilitation services after an illness or surgery get you home faster and healthier, and are an important component of your future good health.

Lutheran Homes of Michigan can help your rehabilitation go faster, smoother and keep things close to home for your convenience, and the convenience of your caregivers. We offer a variety of services, many of which fit into your personal needs and health care coverage.

AuSable Valley Community includes rehabilitation services on a 90-acre campus in Fairview, north of Mio. The campus is part of a trio of ministries known as Community Caring, Inc. Lutheran Homes of Michigan is the sponsoring agency for Community Caring.
