McBrite Manor

McBrite Manor has 103 private apartments, 25 are studio apartments, 76 are one-bedroom, and four are two-bedroom apartments. Located on 7.4 acres, McBrite is part of The Manors complex in Saginaw. All apartments are ground level. Some of the many amenities include delicious, home-cooked meals, 24-hour staffing, housekeeping and laundry services, elegant interiors and original artwork, private porches and garages and storage areas.

Shattuck Manor

Shattuck Manor is assisted living at its finest. There are 140 private rooms with baths and kitchenettes located on 11.2 acres. Shattuck is part of The Manors complex in Saginaw. The all-brick building has two floors. Amenities include private, luxurious apartments, three meals served daily, 24-hour emergency call system, transportation services, individually controlled heat and a/c, among many other features and services.

Meadow View

Meadow View is a special, secure community for those who suffer memory loss.
There are 40 private, ground-floor rooms, divided into four neighborhoods of 10 rooms each. The building is located on 7.1 acres. Amenities include a home-like setting, life skills activities, 24-hour monitoring, quiet meal times, secured and monitored exterior door, and enclosed outside courtyard.

The Lutheran Home Care Agency, which is a ministry partner with The Manors, can provide a variety of home-based services, inside and outside The Manors. The agency has an Aging Enriched Resource Center in McBrite Manor that is staffed two days a week to provide support, referrals and assistance to seniors and their caregivers. The center is also open for use at other times.
